Nigerian hip-hop star Odumodublvck is being sued for ₦2 billion in damages following allegations of assault and battery.
The case, filed by musician Ogbogiri Okey Levi (Kraziecent), was supposed to continue recently, but has now been adjourned to a new date.
Kraziecent is asking the court to make Odumodublvck pay his medical bills and ₦2 billion for the trauma he suffered.
Besides the money, the rapper is being asked to post a public apology on his social media pages and in two major national newspapers.
According to the suit, Kraziecent was peacefully taking photos at a public event when the rapper allegedly turned violent.
Because the FCT High Court is undergoing repairs, the judge and lawyers have rescheduled the case to April 8 to allow the trial to begin properly.
