European football's governing body, UEFA, is taking a hard stand against discrimination following a series of ugly incidents in the Champions League and Europa League.
Tottenham is the latest club to be punished after a small group of supporters exhibited "abhorrent" behavior.
UEFA punished Spurs for "racist and discriminatory behavior" after three fans targeted Eintracht Frankfurt supporters with Nazi salutes.
While fans can still travel for now, the club is on a one-year "probation." One more mistake could result in the away section being closed at their next big European match.
At a separate game between Nottingham Forest and Fenerbahçe, police had to step in after fans threw flares and damaged seats. Two men were arrested and charged with throwing missiles and invading the pitch.
These incidents are part of a worrying rise in crowd trouble across Europe, with major clubs like Real Madrid also having to investigate their own fans for similar offensive gestures.
