It was a star-studded event in Bayelsa as top politicians, traditional rulers, and religious leaders joined Governor Douye Diri to mark six years of his administration.
The Governor used the occasion to highlight his work in improving roads and rural infrastructure.
Multiple speakers, including the MD of the NDDC, called Diri the "Miracle Governor," stating that only God could have made his leadership possible.
The Bayelsa Elders Council thanked the Governor for major projects like the Nembe-Brass road, which has made travel safer and boosted the local economy.
The service was attended by former First Lady Patience Jonathan, the Governor’s wives, National Assembly members, and the Chief Judge of the state.
The guest pastor encouraged the Governor to keep seeking divine wisdom, while Diri himself promised to continue focusing on development for the common man.
